It is white, monoclinal crystal or powder, and its relative density is 2.68; the melting point is 884 centigrade. It dissolves in water, and watery liquor shows alkalescence. It dissolves in glycerin, but not dissolves in ethanol. When it is emerged in air, it is easy to become watery sodium sulfate, and when it heated up to 241 centigrade, it turns to be the hexagon crystal. 5.Superiority
